This is out monthly prayer walk. We do this as a family with our two children. We hope it encourages you to do something similar on the same date or a regular basis that suits your schedule.

We begin not on the day of the prayer walk, but long before we go. Leading up to the date we’re interceding and pressing into His Rhema voice asking him what He wants to do, where does he want us to go, how does he want us to pray and what He wants us to partner with. We completely leave the days agenda up to God. Sometimes we’ll go and place a monument at the top of a mountain or in the riverbed of a valley. Sometimes He’ll have us re-visit past monuments. Sometimes he’ll give us a location and we trust Him to give us a location and direction when we get there.

The location could be on a mountain top, in a valley, in the poorest part of the city or in the wealthiest. We have no prior agenda other than what we feel God is saying to us.
