We’re called to pray without ceasing 24-7 but there’s power in having a few days in the week dedicated to certain prayer goals. It stops us from getting too busy to dedicate that time of fellowship with the Holy Spirit. We incorporate it into all the other tasks we have for that day so that it becomes a habit and hobby we enjoy rather than a chore that’s hard to keep going long-term.
