Prayer Monuments
Newport, along with the rest of South Wales, is one of our key areas of intercession. I feel as though God has allowed me to experience insights into what he wants to do in this area of Wales:
- He showed me that the “wind of God” will blow upriver starting from the sea at the Severn Estuary and past the transporter bridge, throughout the town bridge towards the castle and beyond.
- From the transporter bridge, He will flow through the streets. He said it will be “unmissable” and no one will be wondering what is happening. Specifically, “Everyone in Newport is going to get a chance to experience me”, He said.
- He showed me Angels on the roof of Newport Cathedral at the top of Stow Hill.
- He’s saying to me personally that my part to play in this move is: “We need fewer voices and more examples”
- “Churches will have paint splattered on their nice shiny buildings. Are the people inside the building willing to get the stage messy and covered in paint? I saw Him blowing through and leaving paint tins on the doorsteps of churches, asking if they’re willing to take the paint inside and pour it out on the stage”

Prayer Monuments
Tredegar and the Sirhory river has been a regular spot for prayer walks up to the mountains surrounding the town:
- He has placed “Grace Angels” in rows on the top of the mountain for people to go up and collect. He said these Angels are waiting for those who are willing to go up and seek Him. Those who seek Him on the mountaintops will come back down to the villages and marketplaces with an Angel to help carry out the anointing on their life.
- He had me drive to the pull-in outside “Castle Street Church” around the corner of the “Tredegar Town Clock” and He said it was important that I stop and turn off the engine. He told me that he would momentarily lift the veil, then showed me the principality at work in this area. A VERY tangible heaviness and strong oppressive force came over me inside the car. He then said, “How do we deal with this?”. I instantly knew to use “praise” and “worship” as a spiritual sword against the enemy of oppression. Within seconds, the veil and grace and protection around me were restored before I left that area. I believe there is some kind of witchcraft and black magic associated with the town clock at some point in the past. He rarely asks me to confront it straight away. It’s usually a process of personal preparation and revelation before I go back to cast down regional strongholds.
