    The 1904-1905 Welsh Revival, led by Evan Roberts, is generally considered to have begun in the autumn of 1904, specifically on October 31st, 1904. This is when Roberts returned to his home church, Moriah in Loughor, and began holding prayer meetings that sparked the wider revival

  • Azusa Street LA

    The Azusa Street Revival was a historic Pentecostal revival that began in Los Angeles, California, in 1906 and is widely regarded as the catalyst for the modern Pentecostal movement. Led by William J. Seymour, the revival was characterized by intense worship, speaking in tongues, and an integrated congregation of people from various racial and social backgrounds. The revival, which lasted for roughly three years, spread Pentecostalism throughout the United States and the world as visitors and missionaries carried its practices and teachings to their home churches and mission fields.

    The Hebrides Revival, a significant Christian awakening, occurred in the Scottish islands of Lewis and Harris from 1949 to 1952. It was characterized by widespread repentance, fervent prayer, and a powerful sense of God’s presence, particularly impacting the Barvas area. The revival began with the prayers of two sisters and was fueled by the ministry of Duncan Campbell.
